This is a review on calling the customer service on the telephone on a declaration of a change in medical condition. The call was quite straight forward and not complicated with voice recognition systems. Call wait time was short and the person handling the call was very helpful so that was reassuring. I have not made a claim against my Cedar Tree Travel Insurance yet but so far the experience has been good.

Booked travel insurance for a 1 week trip from the UK to Italy via Amsterdam. When I realised I had only selected Italy for cover, I rang their customer service and they amended my policy easily and quickly to include Amsterdam/Europe. Have used them a couple of times for travel insurance and had no issues. I like the bagfinder addition as well.
